The hall is grateful for our sponsors, grant-givers and donors that help us fund new projects and maintain the hall and its facilities for the benefit of the community.

• £2,000 - funding the Hall survey in 2022.  Donor wishes to remain anonymous.
• £10,000 - funding the refurbishment of the Vic Olley Room.  HP Parish Council
• £5,000 - partly funding the Video-Conference and Presentation facilities in the Vic Olley room.   EALC CIF (Essex Association of Local Councils - Community Initiative Fund).
• Lighting Truss and Computerised Lighting for the Stage.  Donated and installed by Trevor and Anthony Drury.
• £500 - funding the replacement of the Kitchen Range Cooker & Oven.  Councillor Charlie Dervish
• GB Finch - donates the Music Trailer for Party in the Park.
• £20,000 - 2024 - funding Essential Repairs, Maintenance and Capital projects for the hall.
• EALC CIF - 2024 £5,000 funding the replacement of the remaining single-glazed windows

We partner with 2 main charities each year to help raise funds and support their work in our community.  We also offer reduced room rates for local charities and fund-raisers supporting our community and individuals.
